FCC Licensing

With over 30 years of licensing expertise, we are confident that we can assist you in your endeavors to ensure that you are licensed and operating on the air as quickly as possible. Please feel free to call us at any time regarding questions that you may have on FCC Licensing related issues.

The documentation required for filing for a FCC license is quick and painless and only takes a few minutes of your time to complete. Once the documentation is filed with coordinator, the normal turn around time to obtain your frequency coordination is 10-20 business days. Although your actual license will not be mailed to you for about 3-4 months, the Federal Communications Commission authorizes you to operate on coordinated frequencies once your coordination is received in the form of a temporary FCC license.

Lakeland Communications works closely with frequency coordinators in your industry to ensure that your application for a FCC License to operate two way radio communications equipment is acted upon efficiently and as quickly as possible.

Q: Do I need a license to operate a two way radio system
